A "Magnificent" Blog Post

It's 1 A.M. and I've never written a blog before. I guess this is a good a time as any! Anyway, I am taking a web craft 101 challenge on p2pu.org. It looks like a nice way to start my HTML learning experience, and a good platform to expand to more complicated webpages and stuff. For the first "task" of this challenge, I am told to "make a blog". As stupid a reason this can be to actually start a blog, I am doing it. I'm going to be using this blog to document my work during my challenges. Maybe I will, maybe I won't. What matters is that I am going to be sharing, because that's what this is about, right?

No matter the motives, I guess I should tell you a bit about myself. All two of you. I am an aspiring(or at least I like to think so) seventeen year-old who has the normal troubles of a normal teenager. Schoolwork, upcoming college, SATs, ACTs, girlfriends, girl(space)friends, along with a healthy balance of video games and java coding. I'll try not to bore you with the personal details of my life(*ahem* girls *cough*), but sometimes I just gotta let it go. I do know a little bit about programming, but I am mostly in the dark. All negatives aside, I hope to become a master programmer by my eighteenth birthday(that's about 7 months). I know it's a bit of a stretch to try to learn that fast, but I'm the kind of person who learns quickly.

Just to let you know, I'm not getting paid to do this. In fact, I'm not getting any help at all with any of my programming besides google and my own brain. I don't run a social online club where my avatar parties all night, nor do I have a 17th prestige mega-ultra General-Master guy on call of duty and such.

Let's do a list check. #1) Get a Blog: Yeah, that was pretty easy. Fill box A with my name, and box Q with my city and zip code. Piece of cake. #2) Write A Magnificent Blog Post: Well, I think I did a pretty good job for my first time. Hey, if I start getting "followers" or whatever(not like a cult or anything) I might have to come up with a nickname for you all like "Little Jumpers" or "Sonic's Disciples". Stuff like that will just roll with me when I start posting every once in a while. 'Cuz I'm cool like that.
